Course Description

Students will complete a range of Level 2 Hospitality Unit Standards. 

Course content will include knowledge of international dishes, food service styles, menu types and working safely in a commercial kitchen. Students will also learn about personal responsibility in the service industry and how to appropriately resolve customer service issues. Students may choose to participate in onsite Barista training.



Recommended Prior Learning

An interest in food preparation and the service industry is recommended. Completion of the course and credits will support you to gain employment in the hospitality industry, should you wish to.
